Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to provide international shipping.
What are your shipping costs?
We are happy to offer free shipping.
Please note that international orders (outside of U.S. and Canada) will only receive free shipping with orders of over $100. All jewelry pieces are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx and come with tracking and insurance. Packages are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays.

We are not responsible for lost parcels or delays due to weather or holds at customs.
Do you charge taxes on your products?
In Quebec we must charge GST/QST, as well as federal tax in the rest of Canada.
Please be informed of your country’s import policies before committing to a purchase, as any taxes, duties or customs upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer, and are in no way controlled by Morphe Jewelry.
i live in montreal, can i pick up my order ?
Yes! Please indicate in the “message” portion of your order that you will be coming for local pick-up and we will refund your shipping cost and hold your jewelry until you are prepared to pick it up!
What currency is morphē jewelry in?
All Morphē Jewelry pieces are displayed in USD.
how do i take care of my jewelry?
Our pieces are delicate by nature, so we encourage our customers to take extra care when wearing Morphē Jewelry pieces, especially rings. Please try to remove jewelry when doing rough handwork that may damage the stones. We also recommend removing your jewelry when washing your hands, showering and sleeping.
Morphē Jewelry is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however we offer stone replacements for a reasonable repair fee. We also offer polishing and resizing of any Morphē Jewelry products.
What is the production time?
All jewelry pieces are made to order, so please allow a minimum of 1 week for jewelry to be made before shipping. During periods of higher volume, production time may increase to 2-3 weeks.

Do you gift wrap?
Our pieces come elegantly packaged in uncoated cotton board from sustainable sources with our logo foil stamped in rose on the box lid, which rest assured is very pretty, so we don’t offer additional gift wrapping. If you would like a personalized card included, please let us know with your order.

Morphē Jewelry cannot guarantee that colours represented on the website will exactly match the jewelry you receive. Since all pieces are handmade and come from raw materials, please anticipate minor variations in colour and texture. Rest assured that the piece you will receive will be uniquely yours!
Questions on Custom Work
can you make me a custom piece?
Yes! We do offer bespoke engagement rings and other commissioned pieces. Should you be interested in this, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss requirements.
Please note that bespoke pieces may take 6 or more weeks to create, depending on the complexity of the project.
i like a piece in your store, but i’d like a different stone.
In most cases, this shouldn’t be a problem. If you don’t see the gemstone(s) you are interested in having on your Morphē Jewelry piece in the drop-down menu of the product, please e-mail us. Kindly note that stone customization may not always be available, and the cost will reflect the changes made.
i don’t see my size in your shop.
We try our best to offer as many sizes as possible. If you do not see your size listed, please e-mail us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
i’d like to get myself/my beloved a ring, but i don’t know their size.
Don’t panic! We recommend going to a local jeweller to determine your proper ring size. Alternatively, inexpensive ring sizers are available for purchase online. You may also try to use this website to determine your ring size. Please note that we are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. Mandrels and sizers may vary internationally, so please do your best to find a US ring sizer, as we are not responsible for determining your ring size or accommodating returns based on inaccurate ring sizing outside of our production studio.
do you offer custom engraving?
Yes. Should you be interested in having a piece custom engraved (not stamped), please contact us by e-mail for rates and styles offered.
can you set my heirloom stone in one of your settings?
You are very lucky to have a beautiful heirloom stone! We are open to settng heirloom stones into existing Morphē Jewelry pieces or custom designs, however it must be noted that the Designer cannot be sure of the quality of the stone(s) and therefore cannot be held responsible if they break. Of course, reasonable precautions will be taken if heirloom stones are used for designs. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
Questions on returns/exchanges
what’s your return/exchange policy?
Please note that since all Morphē Jewelry pieces are made to order, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, so please be sure of the piece you’re looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us! We’ll get back to you right away and ease your mind. We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your rings prior to placing your order online.
do you offer repairs?
We offer free repairs of pieces within 7 days of receipt. Please mail the piece to our studio in a padded envelope or box (no paper shipping, please). We are not responsible for jewelry lost in the mail due to improper shipping methods.
Please enclose in the envelope the original packaging, your order confirmation, the jewelry piece that needs repairs, your return address and contact information and we will do our best to return your piece repaired within 3-4 weeks.We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs.
